About PF ESI Compliance
A clear overview, in simple terms — what it is, why it matters, and how we handle it.
An establishment must register with EPFO once it has 20 or more employees and with ESIC once it has 10 or more. PF is 12% of wages from the employer and 12% from the employee, paid with the monthly ECR by the 15th; ESIC covers employees earning up to ₹21,000 a month, at 3.25% employer and 0.75% employee, also by the 15th. Late payment brings interest and damages.
PF and ESIC are monthly obligations with little room for error. Each month's contribution must be calculated on the right wages for each employee, paid by the 15th, and filed with employee-level detail. Delays attract interest at 12% a year plus damages that increase with the length of the delay.
We register your establishment, onboard employees with UAN and IP numbers, calculate contributions on the Labour Code definition of wages, file the ECR and ESIC contributions every month, and help employees with KYC, transfers and claims.
If an inspection or a notice comes, we prepare the records and represent you.
