Included: residential status check, choosing ITR-2 or ITR-3 (NRIs cannot use ITR-1), mapping India-source income such as rent, NRO interest, dividends and capital gains, claiming credit or refund of TDS, DTAA relief where available, and help with e-verification from abroad.
Property sales: the capital-gains computation is part of the return. Applying for a lower or nil TDS certificate and the repatriation forms (Forms 145/146, formerly 15CA/15CB) are quoted separately.
Refunds: TDS on NRI income is often higher than the final tax (property sales and NRO interest in particular), so filing a return is how the excess comes back.
Everything is online and works across time zones; international cards are accepted for consultations.
