CA services & compliance in Bahrain
Key compliance details for Bahrain-based section 44ad clients and businesses.
Living in Bahrain doesn't end your Indian tax position: rent, interest, capital gains and other income earned in India is taxed in India, and may need an Indian return even when tax has been deducted.
Where India has a tax treaty (DTAA) with your country of residence, treaty rates apply once you give a Tax Residency Certificate and Form 10F. We check whether a treaty covers your income and which relief route applies.
Remittances from an NRO account need Form 15CA, and a CA's Form 15CB above the prescribed limits. NRIs can repatriate up to USD 1 million a financial year from NRO balances once tax is paid.
